Pastor John McGaughy
Pastor John McGaughy received Christ after he graduated from college
and worked as a guitarist in a band some 13 years ago. He has since
devoted his life to Christ and obtained a degree from Austin Graduate
School of Theology in 2007, a master degree in Marriage and Family
Counseling this May. He has been the youth pastor of the Hope
Chapel in Austin for the past 7 years before he joins Travis
Christian Assembly (TCA). Pastor John has worked with Tot Heil
de Volks (For the Salvation of People), International Youth Hostel
program at Amsterdam, Netherlands from 1996 to 1998; also worked with
The Shelter Youth Hostel Elat, Israel for 4 months in 1999.
He has a desire to see young adults and youth grow in their
relationships with God, their families, and their friends through prayer,
fellowship, and the study of God’s word. He wants youths to experience
a fun and life giving community as well as growing in compassion for their
unbelieving friends. Pastor John is currently the English pastor of TCA at Austin.

Pastor David’s passion is the fulfillment of God’s Kingdom on earth.
As Jesus taught us to pray for the coming of the Kingdom in the “Lord’s Prayer,”
David has taken this to heart and is pressing with everything he has to see
“God’s Kingdom come, on earth as it is in heaven.”
Pastor David is particularly keen on the “market place” expression of
God’s Kingdom. God has placed this call in David’s heart by preparing
him with an engineering degree stamped with an MBA.
God also further David’s “market place” experience through many years of
laboring in the telecommunication and semiconductor industries.
In addition, David recently spent a 2 most blessed years as a full
time pastor overseeing the 2nd generation at New Life Christian Center in Irvine, CA.
Today, David and his family are 100% devoted to the ministry and the enterprise of
building the “market place” expression of God’s Kingdom. Pastor David resides in
the Chicago area with his wife, Tzu-Ann, and three daughters, Christianna, Jubilee, and Rhema.
Pastor Lance Bane
"Lance Bane is a Senior Associate Pastor at Church of the Hills in Cedar Park, Texas. He is dedicated to encouraging, training, and releasing revivalists. Through the Burning Ones Conference, The Revivalist Academy and his leadership in the local church, Lance is watching the emergence of a new revivalist movement centered around the pleasure and pursuit of God's presence as well as encouragement and training and demonstration of the supernatural power of God. Lance's passion is for people to awaken to God's presence and love, as well as to be empowered through the Holy Spirit and a church community to accomplish their God-given dreams. Lance is fervent for a multi-generational movement of people who will demonstrate the raw power of God as a result of their love relationship with Jesus. Lance has been married to Darlene for 17 years and has 3 children, Matthew, Sara and Luke.
